Berühmt geworden durch eine große Modemarke ist dieses Leder eine Art Bruder des Buttero, das durch eine gewaltige Walze mit seinem herrlichen Wellenmuster versehen wird. EPI ist eher ein festes Leder, das lange wie neu aussieht. Eine starke und schnelle Patinierung ist hier nicht zu erwarten.
